And among His signs (greatness) is He
creating mates for you from your kind
yourself, so that you tend to feel at ease
to him, and He created among you love and

What counts in making a happy marriage is not so much how compatible you are, but how you deal with incompatibility. A great marriage is not when the perfect couple comes together. It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.
When we first met in 8th grade, we were in the same class and our seats were close to each other. Since then, we started to become good friends and often spent time together.
We lost contact for almost 4 years because we were in different cities after graduating from junior high school. At the end of 2019 we communicated again and started to get closer, until we decided to commit and introduce each other to our respective families.
Right at the end of the year, December 31 2023, Solihin dared to come home with his parents to propose to Hani. And we were officially engaged in front of our extended family on February 10 2024.
